I decided to do a little research into getting a loan.  I hate the fact that my situation has come to this, but it has so instead of ignoring the fact anylonger I decided to do something about it.  I followed my first instinct and called the bank that gave me a personal loan years ago.  The unfortunate news I got this time around did not settle right with me.  The man on the other end of the phone told me how things have changed and now getting a loan is a complicated process.  The phone call lasted about 20 minutes and he told me I would need my credit report, I would need to research interest rates so I wouldn’t get taken advantage of, and I should probably look into using my credit cards instead because their interest rates would probably be lower than what he could offer me.
