Weddings
This past weekend I was out of town at a friends wedding. I just got in about an hour ago and have been trying to catch up on emails, homework and with my wife. As if traveling is not enough to take every last bit of energy out of you. Anyhow I had a great time and I am so happy that I decided to go. With the economy the way it is and the high stress I am feeling at work I almost backed out. Thank goodness my wife talked me into going it really was what I needed.
Weddings are okay I can live without going to another one ever again. But the reception and the game of poker the night before the wedding was great. Of course I won $100 so that made it even better. Just being with all my guy friends again was so awesome. We played cards until 3:00 a.m. Woke up went to IHOP, played some basketball and then made it to the church in time for the wedding! Like I said this weekend was awesome! If you ever have a chance to get out of town and meet up with some old friends don’t skip it. It may end up being one of the best times of your life.
