Some say this is a buyers market yet my sister’s house has been on the market for over a year now.  Her husband, three children, and herself are hoping to move to Austin, Texas early next year.  Her husband has been offered a promotion and they feel that with the market the way it is this is the best time to go.  Unfortunately they live up in Michigan so finding a new home in Austin is another challenge they are facing.
