    I can’t remember if I have ever kept a new years resolution for longer than 2 days!  I guess I like to try to also work on ways to improve my health and happiness.  By setting a time to begin a goal has never worked very well for me.  This year though I am promising myself to make some healthy changes.  One is to go to the gym everyday.  That one is no big deal since the gym I belong to is open 24 hours and the fact that I love to work-out.  In fact I just got home from the gym and I feel amazing!  I can’t believe how good my body feels.  Tomorrow I am going to head right back there.  Wish me luck on keeping up with this goal; it will help me with other ones as well like losing some weight.
