Born in the 70’s and raised in Northern Virginia by my Dad, as my mom moved to Massachussetts after my accident. As a toddler I suffered severe burns to my face, neck and chest. My dad blamed my mom for not watching us kids properly and their marriage was torn apart. I know that wasn’t my fault, but I’ve always felt badly that my parents didn’t get to have the happily ever after that they had wanted.
I’ve been really lucky in that I found my own happily ever after over 10 years ago. We have 2 kids and a beautiful home and lots of friends that live nearby. I am truly blessed.
