The Buzz

Most days I am happy and perky and looking for happy people to share my day and my outlook. I like the guys I work with – most of the time. Even when times are hard, if you can find happy people you can get through the day easier.

My boss has started calling me the Buzz. At first I thought it was because I like to drink Redbull every morning instead of coffee. But maybe its because I am always very busy an smiling at everyone while I work.

Picking Crabs

crab

One of my favorite summer past times is sitting on a big screened porch at a picnic table and picking crab meat from a bushel of fresh steamed crabs. One crab is enough to one nice sized crab cake, but if you don’t add the bread crumbs as filler I can probably eat 4 or 5 good sized crabs at one meal. Good eating!

Sweet or Unsweet

When we go to restaurants around here, the primary beverage offered is always iced tea. The questions is do you want it sweet or unsweet? I like to oder it unsweet so I can add artifical sweetener to mine and keep the calories down. But every once in a while it is worth a diet splurge to order the tea already sweet. It tastes best that way.

Swine Flu

The new problem that has hit the news is the flu.  Not only is this a new flu but it is one that has already killed a number of people.  The world seems to have gone crazy since the news broke about the swine flu.  People have been shown wearing masks around, avoiding shaking hands and physical contact, and taking precautions when it comes to flying or traveling to other countries.  The outbreak seems to have occurred in Mexico and has now traveled across the world.  It seems weird to have such an epidemic happen in such a short period of time.  The good news is it seems to have slown down in the rate at which it is effecting people.  We’ll see as the days go by as to how many people this flu will actually hit.

Acai Diet Plan

These days there are so many diet plans out there that sometimes it is hard to find the one that will best suit your needs.  That’s why I love the internet and sites that allow people who have tried a product or diet tell you exactly how it worked out for them.  The Acai Berry Products site is amazing in that the customers who have used it tell you exactly how it made them feel, how much weight they lost, and the pros and cons of the Acai Berry Product.  The Acai Burn is my favorite by far.  It rids toxins in your body and allows you to gain more energy on a daily basis.  Feel free to take a look for yourself at the website.
