LED Flashlights

Picked up some flashlights today for stocking stuffers and was really amazed at how bright the LED flashlights can be. I had one with me tonight while walking the dogs and I could see across both my yard and my next door neighbor’s yard with this one little flashlight. They are not all that expensive. I think I’ll go back to the store in the morning and buy a few more to keep on hand.

Kudzoo Kar

chiapet car

I don’t know where this car is parked, but around here the Kudzoo would cover a car in one summer. I can’t tell if that is Kudzoo on this VW bug or not. But that Kudzoo covers everything in its path.

Summer Started Eary

Spring started earl this year, thanks to the Groundhog. And now it looks like summer is starting early, too. The temperatures have been in the 90′s for two days straight and it is not even June yet. I have a feeling this will be a long hot summer for us all.

Leash Laws

I wonder what people think the term “leash laws” means? Perhaps they are under the impression that it means everyone else’s dogs must be kept on a leash, but that their own precious pooches are exempt? Maybe they think that a dog running loose in their own yard will never leave the yard and bite someone going for a jog or riding a bicycle down their street?Maybe they think that a leash is only required when you take the dog out in public away from your house?

I say that a leash law means that any time a dog leaves the interior of your home, even to go in your own front yard, that dog should have a leash on it. A leash is the only way you can know for sure that the dog will not run out of your yard and bite someone passing by. It is part of being a responsible dog owner and t is the law in most cities.

Bad Weather

We have had more than our share of bad weather this winter. I am sick to death of the snow and the rain. I need some sunshine or I’m going to go MAD! My yard has become a mud pit that freezes every night and thaws every morning. This snow has been coming down every couple of days since before Christmas, I need a break!
