    Flat Tire

    Filed under: Life, Wheels;

    This doesn’t happen too often, but when it does it really causes chaos.  What I am talking about is getting a flat tire!  Usually you are on a busy road with or without a shoulder and usually without a gas station in sight.  I got really lucky this time around because I was able to drive right up to a gas station that was out in the middle of nowhere.

    I was out driving and everything was going fine unti I tried to make a turn.  As I turned my car ran over a big rock that was on the dirt road.  I continued to drive although I knew I had run over something.  Once I got about a mile down the road I knew something was wrong by the sound my car was making.  Thank goodness that I was able to pull into this gas station on the side of the road and change my tire.  All in a days work as they say.

    Is it just me or is everyone busy from the moment they wake up until the moment they go to bed?  I swear I feel like from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. I am running nonstop.  The point being that sometimes I don’t have the time or motivation to do things that need to be done.  Let’s take for example buying a new car.  Now I know the car I want, I know the color, make and model I want as well.  The problem comes in with finding the perfect loan with the perfect interest rate that I want.

    This part of purchasing a new car is the thing that has kept me away from doing so for over a year now.  That is why I was so excited to find a website called the Bad Credit Loans.  They were everything I was looking for a quick, easy way to get a car loan without a whole lot of hassle.  Feel free to go to their website, Auto Loans, if receiving the loan is the thing holding you back from making that purchase.

    A lot of you may not be familiar with the Lemon Law information or what it is.  I wasn’t either until I opened this website called California Lemon Laws.

    There are attorneys out there that actually help you out if you are one of the few unlucky ones that ends up with a lemon for a car.  I don’t know about you, but about 10 years ago I ended up with a lemon that ended up costing me double for the car in the end.  With all the problems I ran into with that car I would have been better off trading it in at the first sign of trouble.

    I wish I would have been more familiar with attorneys and law firms that dealt primarily with the lemon law.  This law firm out in California is almost too good to be true.  The Lemon Law statutes by state is set up so that the purchaser of the vehicle can get a replacement vehicle or a refund if it is found to be true that there car is a lemon.  The best part of the whole deal is that the owner of the vehicle will not be charged a cent by these attorneys.  In cases like these the consumer is not responsible for any charges.  It is good to know that there are still people out there they go out of there way to help others.  I wish I would have known about the lemon law when I had one on my hands.

    Most people in this area use Memorial Day as an extra day to add to their first weekend of summer. Everyone heads to the beaches to launch their summer, and the extra day gives them time to endure the long drive to the Atlantic or the Chesapeake and still squeeze in two, if not three, days of fun at the beach.

    But my friends who have Harleys always celebrate the holiday by riding together into Washington and joining up with the thousands of other bikes that make up the annual Rolling Thunder. If you’ve never heard the roar of thousands of Harleys rolling down Constitution Avenue and seen the thousands of different faces of men who have served our country or lost a family member or friend to a war, then you have not yet appreciated the emotion and deep appreciation that we as a country feel for our service men and women.
